As Director of Hospitality, he works across all three Carpenter Carpenter restaurants, supporting our teams, championing great service, and making sure every guest feels like a regular. Big personality, bigger heart, and always up for a good conversation.
Long before Beau’s, this corner was already part of the neighborhood’s rhythm, first a gas station, then an ice house, always a place people gathered.
It’s where conversations started, afternoons stretched, and familiar faces kept coming back.
That spirit never left. We just gave it a new pace, a tighter footprint, and a fresh take on what a diner can be.
